FEATURED TREATMENT SERVICE: SPINAL DECOMPRESSION TRACTION SYSTEM (DTS)
Our trained health care professionals program various therapeutic distractions that fit the patient’s needs. These distractions are proven to relieve painful discomfort on muscular and/or skeletal structures (cervical, thoracic, lumbar, hip, wrist, shoulder, etc.)
The decompressive traction system’s main mechanical goals are to stretch the ligaments and muscles, relax musculature, decrease intradiscal pressure and widen intervertebral foramen.
Access Rehab has recently been providing patients with a service that is proven to reduce neck and back pain associated with:
- Herniated discs
- Joint pain
- Acute facet problems
- Bulging discs
- Protruding discs
- Spinal root impingement
- Hypomobility
- Compression fractures
- Degenerative joint disease (DJD)
- Degenerative disc disease (DDD)

Each patient is recommended to, depending on the severity of their injury/pain; use the decompressive traction system at least twice a week alternating days. The outcome of this recommended therapy routine will result in possible disc retraction, improve blood flow, decrease pain, mobilize the joints and muscles, and relive nerve root compression.
